EBOOK RETURNS POLICY

 

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any ebook or associated digital items once the purchase has been downloaded.

 

If a purchase has been made in error, but not downloaded, a refund is at the discretion of First In Architecture.

 

Hard copy books are eligible for a full refund within 14 days, provided they are in perfect condition, as received. Shipping costs are non refundable, and item is to be returned at customer cost.
