Colour Trees Free Photoshop Download
Don’t know what it is, but we seem to have a thing about trees… CAD trees, colour trees, Photoshop trees – we just can’t get enough of them! Trees play a vital role in architectural and landscape design, helping to bring projects to life with a sense of scale, depth, and natural beauty. Whether you’re working on site plans, elevations, or 3D visualizations, adding high-quality tree graphics can enhance the realism and presentation of your work.
We were messing around with some CAD block trees we were working on recently, when we decided to take them into Photoshop for a bit of colouring in fun. This set is what we came up with.
Please feel free to download it to add to your personal library. The trees are all individual layers in Photoshop, both with black outlines and without. Happy Photoshopping!

Thanks Katrina, appreciate your comment. You are right – I should do a tutorial. In the meantime, let me give you a quick idea. Import a cad pdf of trees to photoshop. New layer, mess around with brushes and colours. Used pastel type brushes. Then adjust colour layers to multiply. I used magic wand selection tool to make sure all my colour stayed inside the tree outline. I think that’s pretty much it! All the best, Emma
