How does this website work?
I provide a massive amount of free guides, downloads and articles to help you out in your studies or career. The website is separated into categories to help you find what you are looking for as quickly as possible.
In this section we look at some of the more technical aspects to studying and working in architecture. Over the coming months I am working to develop this section of the site to provide more useful guides and resources for all your technical questions and problems.
Some popular posts include:
I have a selection of tutorial videos based on frequently asked questions on AutoCAD and Sketchup. You can check them out below.
One of the most useful resources on this site is the construction detailing books I have written over the last four years. These books dive deep into construction detailing, both for commercial and residential buildings. They are like no other construction text books you will come across in your studies, providing both 2d and 3d images to help explain the methods of construction, you can also download the drawings in both cad and sketchup formats!
I am really happy you have stumbled across my website, thank you for visiting and I hope you’ll come back again soon. If you want to contact me to ask a question, to say hello, or just for a bit of architectural chat then please do. I always appreciate your comments so please feel free to get in touch.
Thanks again for visiting 🙂
